BALTIMORE COUNTY — It’s International Education Week!

CCBC will celebrate by having students, faculty and staff share their experiences as refugees, immigrants and involuntary immigrants. Be inspired by their stories and also enjoy live music, sample delicious rice dishes and play games from around the world.

On Thursday, November 14, CCBC Essex will host “Building Solidarity: We are CCBC” as part of the International Education Week celebrations. The event will take place in Romadka College Center, upper lobby at the Essex branch from 12:45 p.m. to 2:05 p.m.

International Education Week is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and the exchange of ideas and knowledge worldwide. This joint initiative with the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education are part of the efforts being made to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn and exchange experiences.
