RCS Automotive to celebrate 11 year anniversary

  • 0

MIDDLE RIVER — RCS Automotive, located at 9026 Pulaski Highway has ran its business on “Honesty Integrity and Respect,” and that hasn’t changed as they approach their eleventh year anniversary.

Ryan, an Overlea native and RCS owner has worked on cars his entire life and has always been an entrepreneur.

“I had a lawn service business at a young age that grew into a service and repair business. Later, at age 19, I started an automotive job and started from the ground up,” Ryan said.

Knowing that he always wanted to be his own boss, when the chance came for Ryan to open his own shop he jumped at the opportunity.

At RCS, they perform all aspects of automotive repair from engines, transmissions, tires, alignments, to brakes, and everything else you can think of.

“I have been in the business for over 26 years, if I cant handle the request, I know who can. I have surrounded myself with the best in the business. Professional networking is key to great customer service and satisfaction,” Ryan said.

From the beginning, Ryan’s promise has been to be up front and build trust in the relationship with his customers, the ability to do what he says he will do and not leave customers in doubt and to provide the utmost respect for all people no matter what their circumstances.

“When you come to RCS, you will be treated fairly and get the utmost in customer service. We pride ourselves in helping customers solve their needs even under the most stressful circumstances,” Ryan said.

Business at RCS has been great, but ultimately Ryan would like to purchase his location and expand his service capacity.
