Three unknown suspects with a handgun stole the victim’s money and vehicle, fleeing eastbound on Joppa Road. At the time of the theft, the victim’s cell phone was in the vehicle. Officers attempted to track the cell phone but found out that it had been thrown out at the Harford Road exit on I-695.

The suspect was invited over to the victim’s house on October 31. The suspect directed a statement at the victim, grabbed the victim’s neck and began to strangle and threaten the victim. The suspect left the scene.
