ESSEX — MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center and Delegate Ric Metzgar (R-6) are hosting A Night of Hope and Inspiration on Friday October 18, at 6:00 p.m. at Kenwood High School Auditorium, 501 Stemmers Run Road in Essex with plenty of free parking.

Delegate Ric Metzgar is a former member of the House Health and Government Operations Committee in the Maryland General Assembly. He wanted to have a panel of experts to discuss in an informal setting cancer options with a power point presentation and discussion for all ages in the community.

Topics include organ donors, tissue donors, advance cancer care and more.

Hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be provided by MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. Music will also be provided during the presentation. The event is free and open to the public but reservations are required for this event.
