ROSEDALE — An argument at a family gathering late on Wednesday, March 31 ended in a triple shooting, with two victims dead and one child in the hospital with non-fatal injuries.
Shortly before 11 p.m. that night, officers responded to reports of shots at the 5500 block of Lanham Way. They found three people suffering gunshot wounds, all of whom were transported to a nearby hospital. Two later died as a result of their injuries.
Police identified the victims as 42-year-old Nyatiaha Faltz and 19-year-old Grantley Herbert. An eight-year-old child was also injured.
The initial investigation indicates that the shooting stemmed from an argument which occurred during a family gathering.
Antowan S. Clark, 42, has been charged with two counts of first degree murder in connection to a shooting. The suspect is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no-bail status pending a bail review hearing.
